1 Go to www.destefanocomputer.net and 2 Click on Remote programming download or click on this link 3 Install program ( you might have to restart) 4 Please make sure you are online 5 go to start \ all programs \Tightvnc \ Launch TightVNC server 6 At this point it may bring up a one time screen showing Passwords and other information. 7 look down by your clock for a new icon with a V in it 8 right click on the new icon with a V in it and select “add new client” 9 this will bring a box up in the middle of your screen asking for a host name 10 Type in www.dci1.tzo.com 11 press ok 12 we are now connected and can resolve most issues for you
